• Act as the quarterback: anticipate blockers, align stakeholders, and keep teams moving effectively
• Drive predictable, high-quality delivery while maintaining flexibility for innovation
• Oversee development of production-grade AI applications, balancing speed vs. stability
• Evolve operational excellence — CI/CD, monitoring, testing, and automation — at the right pace for our stage
• Mentor and grow engineering managers and senior ICs, enabling greater autonomy and leadership
• Build org structures and ways of working that support scale without bureaucracy
• Attract and retain top engineering talent while fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture
• Stay current with AI advancements and evaluate opportunities to strengthen our products
