Who you are
- Some experience in customer facing role (this could be retail, hospitality, call centre or anything in between)
- An ability to work with tech and quick to learn new systems like Zendesk
- A passion for people - you genuinely want to help and have outstanding communication skills
- A growth mindset - You're quick to learn, adapt to new challenges, and see setbacks as opportunities
- A client-first attitude - You're committed to getting the right outcome for every client
- Attention to detail - You're organised and know that accuracy builds trust

- Personal finance savvy - a passion for personal finance topics like investing, pensions etc
- Compliance awareness - familiarity with GDPR and the importance of handling client data responsibly
What the job involves
- Own the client experience
- Respond to emails, answer calls, and manage live chats with speed and empathy
- Be a proactive problem-solver
- Go above and beyond to find solutions, collaborating with other teams and using your initiative to get things done
- Drive improvement
- Spot opportunities to streamline processes and suggest creative ideas to enhance the client experience
- Handle key tasks
- Process client requests, from verifying details to booking appointments, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
