Engineering Manager, Radiant Security

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience (5 years) in engineering management or a similar leadership role
• Strong technical background
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Portuguese
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with cybersecurity is a plus

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects
• Develop project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and ensure project milestones are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering projects with overall business objectives
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the engineering team
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements, and incorporate relevant innovations into the development process
• Manage engineering resources efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization of skills and expertise
• Collaborate with HR to recruit, onboard, and retain top engineering talent
• Foster open communication within the engineering team and with other departments
• Report on project status, milestones, and challenges to executive leadership
• Identify potential risks in projects and develop mitigation strategies
• Proactively address and resolve issues to minimize impact on project timelines
