Role
Who you are
- Mac management (with Mosyle, Jamf or Kandji)
- Windows support and endpoint management (ideally using Intune)
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID/AzureAD and Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with Slack, Notion, and Basecamp
- Previous experience in a helpdesk/user support role (Jira Service Management is a bonus)
- Networking basics, even better if you've touched Fortinet, Meraki, or ProCurve
- Confident working with both Mac and Windows systems
- Basic knowledge of cloud (AWS), networking (VLANs, subnetting, security)
- Calm under pressure and can juggle multiple things at once
- Friendly, collaborative, and always happy to help
- Experience in an FCA regulated business would be a plus
- We don’t require a formal degree or IT certifications for this role, however we do need a pass on GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths. Provable knowledge and experience, a genuine passion for technology, and a drive to learn and grow is what matters most to us

What the job involves
- We’re on the lookout for a proactive, people-first IT Support Engineer to join our growing IT & InfoSec team at Creditspring. You’ll be the go-to person for all things IT, supporting our fantastic teams in London and Bengaluru, helping with everything from laptops to large events, and making sure everything runs like clockwork
- You’ll work closely with our IT & InfoSec Manager and occasionally step into their shoes when they’re away, so this is a brilliant opportunity for someone who’s eager to grow and learn in a fast-moving, supportive environment
- Be the friendly face of IT support for our staff in London and remotely in Bengaluru
- Keep desktops and laptops running smoothly (macOS & Windows)
- Manage helpdesk tickets, resolving where you can, escalating when needed
- Be part of the in-office support rota
- Support internal events like all-hands meetings, team socials, and speaker sessions
- Assist with IT projects
- Step in for our IT & InfoSec Manager when needed
- 1st and 2nd line IT support across the company
- Supporting our mobile device management tools: Mosyle (Mac) and Intune (Windows)
- Helping us stay secure with basic cybersecurity checks like antivirus, email filtering, etc
- Supporting people as they join, move, or leave, making sure they have the right tools and access
- Keeping an eye on system alerts via our SIEM platform and escalating where needed
- Making sure our hardware is tracked and managed properly
