Senior Product Counsel, Gemini

• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant legal experience at a law firm or in-house

• As Product Counsel at Gemini, you will leverage both breadth and depth of experience at a law firm and/or as in-house counsel to help Gemini tackle the complex legal and regulatory challenges that confront a disruptive emerging asset class
• You will report directly to Gemini’s International General Counsel to support, develop and maintain Gemini’s regulatory framework across multiple product offerings globally
• You will support the Company in its strategic expansion initiatives, playing a critical role in building our business at the forefront of the future of money
• Provide risk-principled legal, regulatory, and strategic advice during all phases of product development and global regulatory licensing initiatives
• Manage projects effectively and collaboratively across different internal stakeholders including Product, Compliance, Finance, Technology and Security
• Build positive and influential relationships with Gemini leadership, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders regarding regulatory matters that impact our products
• Collaborate with and support the International General Counsel and the rest of the Legal team to evaluate and communicate legal risks and develop creative solutions to bridge business priorities in a changing regulatory landscape
• Proactively identify risks and collaborate with internal stakeholders and outside counsel to develop actionable solutions (and clearly communicate these solutions to management) with respect to regulatory or licensing matters
