Who you are
- You have a technical background or strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business benefits
- You have 3+ years of experience in solution marketing, product marketing, or a similar role at a technology startup
- You're an excellent communicator who can explain complex technology to non-technical business users
- You have experience creating compelling content for business audiences
- You understand the challenges and needs of professionals in finance, insurance, legal, or real estate industries
- You have experience planning and executing events, preferably in B2B settings
- You're a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
- You're able to travel for events and conferences
Desirable
- Experience marketing AI or SaaS solutions to business users
- Understanding of workflow automation, document processing, or knowledge management solutions
- Previous experience in one or more of our target industries (finance, insurance, legal, real estate)

What the job involves
- As our Product Marketing Manager, you will drive key marketing initiatives:
- Creating content that translates V7's technical capabilities into clear business benefits for non-technical stakeholders
- Developing compelling messaging and narratives for V7's solutions tailored to business users
- Building and nurturing relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders
- Planning and executing V7's presence at industry events
- Developing co-marketing programs with strategic partners
- In this role, you will own V7's product marketing strategy, create business-focused content, coordinate our event presence, and engage with influencers in our target industries
- Your work will play a crucial role in expanding V7's market reach, strengthening brand awareness, and helping business users understand how our AI technology solves their specific industry challenges
- Develop content that explains complex AI concepts in business terms relevant to finance, insurance, legal, and real estate audiences
- Create case studies, solution briefs, and thought leadership pieces that demonstrate V7's value proposition for specific use cases
- Work with the product team to understand technical capabilities and translate them into business benefits
- Produce engaging social media content across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms
- Identify and establish relationships with key thought leaders and influencers in our target industries
- Develop creative collaboration initiatives that highlight V7's business value
- Collaborate with influencers to create content that resonates with business users
- Build a network of customer advocates willing to share their success stories
- Plan and manage V7’s presence at all major industry events
- Develop event strategies that drive networking opportunities, brand visibility, and lead generation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event participation, including booth presence, speaking opportunities, and solution demonstrations
- Measure and report on event ROI and lead generation outcomes
- Develop clear, compelling messaging that communicates V7's value to non-technical audiences
- Create industry-specific narratives that address unique pain points and use cases
- Collaborate with product marketing to ensure consistent positioning across all channels
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape to evolve messaging accordingly
Our take
AI is currently utilised across multiple industries, requiring companies to continuously collect, organise and label image data so that AI models will be able to adapt to new scenarios. V7 Labs is a computer vision platform that helps AI teams develop vision-based models that are learning continuously from training data with minimal human supervision.
V7 distinguishes itself in the market by condensing the most effective tools for organizing datasets into a single SaaS platform. The company says that using only 100 human-annotated examples in its toolkit can label the rest of the training data autonomously. Although its main business specialisations are in medicine and health sciences, its product is being picked up by tech companies in other sectors, and it now counts more than 300 customers including Siemens and GE Healthcare.
The startup has recently raised funding in a Series A round led by Radical Ventures and Temasek. It will use this investment to hire more engineering and sales talent, develop its product, and expand its market share.
