Who you are
- We're an enthusiastic group that values autonomy, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional trade credit solutions to our sellers and their customers
- 3+ years analytical experience working in a B2B environment supporting sales, managing data, and uncovering insights
- Proficiency in SQL and exposure to database management
- Experience with business intelligence or data visualisation tools. We use Looker, but exposure to Tableau, PowerBI, etc. is great as well
- Possess a strong analytical background, clear communication skills, and a growth mindset
Desirable
- Experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, or other product intelligence platforms
- Experience working with Hubspot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms
- A statistical background or experience setting up, running, and analyzing A/B tests
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Commercial Analyst to join our iwocaPay team
- IwocaPay is a dynamic, fast-growing team of 30 within a leading fintech company
- The iwocaPay Strategy and Insights team is a small but mighty team that owns the business intelligence reporting tools that other teams rely on, and conducts analyses, bringing insights that drive strategic decisions and influence prioritisation of projects
- We’re looking for a Commercial Analyst who can elevate the knowledge of our top of funnel and acquisition efforts
- As part of the Strategy & Insights team, you’ll help the sales team manage our customer relationship management (CRM) data and uncover insights to drive more relevant leads to iwocaPay
- Analyse sales data and customer performance that feeds into sales forecasting & strategic planning
- Support the Sales team in improving and streamlining operational processes, tools, & technologies. Help the team identify their highest impact activities and other opportunities for improvement
- Refine and develop our team’s usage of Hubspot, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date leads & customer information. This could also include advising our business and tech teams on CRM best practices
- Build reports & dashboards in Hubspot and Looker, to provide insights into sales performance and customer engagement
