Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have a great understanding of Compliance Scope, solid Compliance Process Ownership and Management knowledge, and a good understanding of the development proce
- You should also possess a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements aligned with business goals and stay updated on evolving compliance and regulatory requirements
- Strong Planning & Organizational Skills: Ability to effectively plan and organize compliance-related tasks, projects, and initiatives to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes
- Effective Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities to convey compliance requirements clearly and succinctly, facilitating collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proven Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated capacity to identify compliance-related issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance
- Comprehensive Understanding of Compliance Scope: In-depth knowledge of compliance scope, including regulatory frameworks and industry standards relevant to bunq's operations

- We are seeking a Compliance Product Owner to join our Risk, Legal & Compliance department at bunq
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into product features
- Lead planning processes to ensure effective management and timely delivery of successful outcomes
- Possess a solid grasp of product development methodologies
