Role
Who you are
- If you’re passionate about creating and refining strategies, love rolling up your sleeves, and know how to balance data-driven insights with a deep understanding of our customers, we’d love to hear from you!
- A Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally with mid-size to larger brands
- Experience working with high-profile influencers and celebrities
- A strong track record of managing larger marketing budgets
- 1+ year of experience in people leadership, with a knack for coaching and strategy-building
- The ability to balance data-driven decisions with brand-building goals
- A confident, executive presence with the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to dive into the details and redesign our influencer program for the future
- Superb organizational skills, with the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
What the job involves
- We’re excited to welcome an Influencer Marketing Manager to our team in Brooklyn, NY
- Reporting to our Director of Growth Marketing, you'll lead the charge in evolving our influencer marketing program into a powerhouse for both brand building and performance marketing, fueling Brooklinen’s next phase of growth
- Lead and mentor a passionate, high-performing team of two, helping them grow and thrive
- Develop and drive a dynamic strategy for Brooklinen’s influencer program, turning it into a brand-building and performance-boosting channel. This includes defining measurement strategies, planning budgets, crafting messaging/briefs, and shaping the program structure
- Collaborate closely with our Paid and Organic Social teams to strategize around paid whitelisting and how to best leverage influencers for brand growth
- Manage reporting and tracking to fine-tune performance, using insights to make each campaign better than the last and ensure a positive ROI
- Own the communication and strategy for partnerships with key opinion leaders and celebrities, elevating Brooklinen’s presence
- Stay on top of industry trends, competitive moves, and emerging platforms to keep Brooklinen ahead of the curve in influencer marketing

In a crowded market for home essentials, Brooklinen has proven to be hugely profitable. Its strategy of focusing on a vertically integrated supply chain has paid off with significant revenue. By creating lightweight and durable sheets designed to soften after each wash cycle, Brooklinen provides an attractive option for those wanting luxury sheets without the hefty price tag.
From the funding it has received, Brooklinen has been able to invest in its product range, such as through its expansion to loungewear to offer more options for customers. Further, the opening of physical stores in highly profitable locations has been a smart move by the company and its strategic wholesale scaling has opened up new B2B revenue.
