What the job involves

  • You will be responsible for leading the UX strategy and execution for a cutting-edge platform that’s shaping the future of offline-to-online engagement
  • This is a high-energy, fast-paced environment where your contributions will directly influence the way millions of people connect with brands and content in the real world
  • Lead UX strategy and execution for Flowcode’s suite of products
  • Own the end-to-end user experience—from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and final design implementation—ensuring seamless offline-to-online conversions for our customers and end users
  • Dive deep into user behavior, keeping an obsessive focus on consumer experience in the product from both an online and offline perspective
  • Maintain high standards of analytical rigor across the UX team, ensuring a consistent focus on data-driven decision making
  • Drive user research, testing, and data analysis to continuously optimize for user satisfaction and engagement
  • Foster a UX-centric culture that puts the user at the center of every product decision, helping to establish Flowcode as the gold standard for intuitive, privacy-compliant offline to online conversion experiences
  • Mentor and inspire a high-performing team of designers, while maintaining a hands-on approach to ensure design quality and consistency
