- Adaptable: Able to roll with the punches and adapt to changing hiring needs and market conditions
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Candidate Champion: Dedicated to giving candidates a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring process
- Stay Updated on Market Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve the recruitment process
- Develop Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, professional associations, and universities to expand the talent pool
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly in hiring for technical roles
- Experience in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies
- Proficiency in using ATS (we use Teamtailor!) and other recruitment technologies
- Experience in managing multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines simultaneously
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making

- We’re seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Manager for our growing MarTech start-up
- You’ll drive our team’s growth in both the UK and North America and play a key role in shaping our future as a business
- In this role, you'll own and develop the playbook to hire the best talent, directly supporting our mission to make Duel one of the best places to work in the world
- The Duel Brand Advocacy Platform allows mid-level to enterprise brands to do just that - scaling how they manage their relationships with thousands of advocates, customers, creators and brand ambassadors
- As our first Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent for our growing team
- As the owner of Duel’s recruitment process, you’ll work closely with hiring managers and teams to ensure we bring in the best people to drive our success
- Supporting the wider People Pod and the Head of People in our mission to become the best place in the world for people to work
- Develop Recruitment Strategies: Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for senior, technical, and customer-facing roles within the MarTech industry
- Manage Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process with hiring managers and teams
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate selection
- Source Candidates: Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and headhunting, to find and attract high-quality candidates. Facilitate and manage outreach to potential candidates
- Conduct Interviews: Perform initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a thorough and efficient evaluation process
- Assess Candidate Fit: Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit through structured interviews and assessment techniques. Develop scoring metrics to streamline decision-making
- Build Talent Pipelines: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
- Employer Branding: Enhance the company's employer brand by promoting a positive image and communicating the company's values and culture to potential candidates
- Track & Report Recruitment Metrics: Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement
- Offer Management: Manage the offer process, including negotiating salaries and other employment terms with selected candidates
- Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
