Role
Who you are
- Masters degree in a technical field (business analytics, data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or engineering), or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of work experience in a client facing role
- Strategic and Operational: Ability to prioritize high-impact initiatives while managing day-to-day operations
- Collaborative Leader: Excels at cross-functional collaboration to align stakeholders and drive results
- Innovative and Scalable Thinking: Capable of designing processes that are scalable while maintaining personalized service where necessary
What the job involves
- Own and Scale Analytics Operations: Build frameworks to deliver analytics-driven insights and services at scale, ensuring high-quality support for top-tier clients while enabling broader customer access to analytics capabilities
- Close the Loop Between Campaigns: Collaborate with AQ Accounts teams to integrate analytics insights into ongoing campaign strategies, identifying opportunities for growth, retention, and cross-functional improvements
- Advocate for Analytics in Product and Partnerships: Partner with internal teams (product, engineering, sales) to prioritize analytics-driven features and integrations, influencing the roadmap to meet evolving customer needs
- Customer Engagement and Education: Act as a trusted advisor for clients, helping them understand and leverage AdQuick’s attribution and analytics capabilities to optimize their campaigns
- Develop a Data-Driven Ecosystem: Vet and integrate new datasets, refine measurement methodologies, and develop dashboards and reporting tools that improve client experience and operational efficiency
- Developing cross-functional initiatives to improve analytics capabilities and their adoption across the business
- Scaling existing processes for analytics delivery, ensuring balance between high-touch service for strategic accounts and automation for others
- Leading customer meetings to explain analytics capabilities and address specific campaign needs
- Collaborating with product teams to prioritize and deliver impactful analytics features
- Educating internal teams and clients about the application of measurement and attribution data across campaigns

Out Of Home (OOH) advertising is one of the oldest forms of marketing, and as a result, the process of planning, buying, and managing it can feel outdated. Not only does this lead to a lack of digital data on campaign success, but it also makes it difficult for advertisers to connect with OOH media owners.
AdQuick provides an OOH advertisement platform, helping to connect advertisers with OOH media owners to facilitate the launching of campaigns in as little as 48 hours. The platform also integrates all campaigns with robust datasets to facilitate analytic solutions on any scale, in addition to offering a marketing toolkit for overall OOH back-office management.
By recognising the gap in the market, AdQuick has attracted investment and is now partnered with 1400+ media owners across 40 countries. It has an impressive customer list, including Lyft, Amazon, H&R Block and the NFL. Moves to integrate AI into its offering with its adtech assistant product will further increase its appeal to advertisers going forward.
