Our take
Valtech is a global business transformation agency that consults, analyses, and markets companies and their product campaigns worldwide through customer experience insights and digital platform design. With clients such as L’Oreal and Levis among many others, Valtech has been operating since the early 90s and has retained a core mission through several acquisitions and buyouts.
Valtech is currently expanding its engineering and software development teams at almost 30 offices across the world. The global expansion of Valtech has been supercharged by its buyout by European Venture firm BC Partners in 2021, resulting in unicorn status.
Valtech has expanded rapidly through a mergers and acquisition strategy, snapping up IoT developer Tome Software in 2023 as the latest in a line of purchases aimed at bolstering its product offerings and geographical reach. As Valtech continues to grow, it may risk spreading itself thin, but with plenty of capital behind it, the company seems well-placed to continue helping businesses transform digitally.
