What the job involves

Platform Engineering empowers engineers with autonomy and ownership
The Cloud Platform team ensures secure, reliable infrastructure for millions of Trade Republic users, providing access, visibility, and tools to deliver cloud-native software
We manage access control, enable seamless communication, and offer observability tools to enhance security, performance, and software quality
Lead reliability and observability efforts, driving system ownership and automation to ensure scalability, stability, and availability
Enhance monitoring and alerting to deliver reliable services and full observability for mission-critical systems
Design and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure using Terraform and promote best practices for CI/CD pipelines
Empower colleagues through feedback, knowledge sharing, and guidance to foster continuous improvement
