- This role is perfect for someone early in their career with some channel or sales management / operations experience
- The right hire will have experience in cybersecurity or related sectors and an appreciation for the customer mindset of B2B sales ranging from mid-size to enterprise level
- 2–4 years of aggregate experience spanning roles in channel management, sales, business development, or sales / revenue operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in using Salesforce for managing sales and partner relationships, with a strong desire to expand knowledge and skills in Salesforce's operational capabilities
- Resourceful problem-solver who takes initiative to independently resolve questions and challenges
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
What the job involves
- HYPR is seeking a Channel Operations Manager to help grow and nurture our partner ecosystem
- You'll play a key role in managing relationships with resellers and partners while ensuring operational excellence
- Focus on key strategic channel partners aligned with HYPR’s goals around partner sourced activity and partner fulfillment
- Assess inbound activity from new potential partners, working with leadership to qualify and diligence for inclusion in HYPR partner program
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners through regular communication and collaboration
- Serve as a key liaison between partners and internal teams on developing joint go-to-market strategies and value propositions
- Assist sales management in measuring and tracking effectiveness and consistency of partner focused efforts
- Collaborate on co-marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and sales initiatives with partners
- Coordinate and collaborate on partner training, resources, and support to help partners effectively position and sell Hypr’s platform
- Assist in tracking channel partner performance using KPIs such as revenue, customer acquisition, and partner satisfaction
- Help transition our partner portal with our vetted consultants from legacy tooling to Salesforce
- Support operational improvements in deal registration tracking and performance measurement
- Collaborate with internal teams to create partner-specific materials, enablement tools, and reporting frameworks

HYPR offers its customers a solution to this threat by providing passwordless authentication. By eliminating passwords, organizations decrease the risk of a cyber-attack, increase positive user experience, and lower operational costs. HYPR's platform reduces account takeover fraud by almost 99%, leading to a ROI of over 300% due to the prevention of expensive leaks and hacks.
Cybersecurity is projected to be a $300 billion industry by 2030. HYPR positions itself strongly against competitors in the market, such as Duo Security and LastPass, by using a decentralized approach. This results in hackers being forced to go device to device to device, rather than attacking millions of accounts in one swoop.
HYPR has raised a significant amount of investment, most recently in a 2022 Series C round. This infusion of cash will help to expand the company's go to market strategy and accelerate its research and development. Having already established itself as a leader in passwordless authentication, with 2 of the US's largest banks among its customers and over 1 billion individual users, it is well poised to capture a growing share of the enterprise cybersecurity market.
