What the job involves
- Build fast, build well: You’ll be shipping daily, helping us move fast without compromising quality.
- Shape the product from day one: You’ll be the first engineer at Ploy (after our CTO), working closely with all 4 Ployees to decide what we build, how we build it, and why it matters.
- Own your work, end to end: From writing code to talking with customers, fixing bugs, deploying features, and gathering feedback – you’ll own features across their full lifecycle.
- Build out scalable patterns and architecture that allow us to not only move fast now, but in the future.
- Join a small, ambitious team: We’re a tight-knit group of 4 that ships daily, avoids bureaucracy, and is focused on building a product our customers love
