Office Coordinator, Ramp

• Ability to work on-site 5 days per week

• We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Office Coordinator at Ramp to work at our Miami Office to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This role involves administrative support, coordination of office activities, and being the point of contact for internal and external communications
• Oversee daily office operations and ensure a clean, organized, well-stocked, and fully functional work environment
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors as the first point of contact
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, mail, and emails
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
• Maintain and order office supplies and equipment
• Support HR and Finance with administrative tasks such as onboarding, time tracking, or invoice processing
• Manage office calendars and assist with travel arrangements
• Ensure office policies and procedures are up to date and followed
• Assist with organizing company events and internal communications
• Liaise with facility management, IT support, and service vendors
• Positively Influence company culture and employee morale by organizing engagement activities including team events, company parties, employee celebrations, happy hours, team off sites etc
• Assist the Executive Assistant team and team leads with special projects and coordinating lunch orders/logistics for onsite VIP events, offsites and other meetings
