What the job involves
- We are searching for an Accounting professional who is excited to combine technical accounting expertise with a passion for AI driven process improvement to lead our General Ledger and Accounts Receivable teams
- This role will own the completeness and accuracy of our general ledger including technical accounting assessments, preparation of external financial statements, and AI (Claude) assisted process improvements across the accounting organization
- Own end to end monthly close, quarterly investor reporting, and annual audit with support from the Controller as necessary
- Viewed as the go-to person by FP&A for all accounting and reporting questions
- Proactively manage team to ensure high performance
- Identify ways to use Claude to improve the monthly, external reporting, and technical accounting processes
- Oversee the accounts receivable with a focus on use of AI to expedite day to day operations. Assist Client services with invoice audit methodology and Growth Eng with Product roadmap

Veho is seeking to turn those deliveries from a risk into an opportunity for online brands. The next-day delivery platform leverages a gig economy workforce and its modern communication platform to create a greatly improved last-mile logistics experience for brands and their customers.
Now that the company has been able to build out an impressive technology platform - think optimized routes and driver-customer communication channels - it is now seeking major geographic expansion.
The company is facing competition from both traditional delivery companies like FedEx as well as newer venture-backed attempts to disrupt the space like Deliverr. However, its already impressive economies of scale and customer experience means it is well positioned to dominate the market in the coming years.
