Who you are
- Proven experience in leading BDR or SDR teams, with a track record of exceeding pipeline goals
- 5+ years of experience in sales development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
- Expertise in opportunity assessment, value discovery, and outbound prospecting
- Strong understanding of MEDDIC methodology and its application in pipeline qualification
- Ability to identify key contacts, craft compelling outreach, and drive engagement
- Deep passion for outbound prospecting and sales process optimization
- Experience in Kubernetes, cloud sales, or DevOps is a strong plus
What the job involves
- As a BDR Manager at CAST AI, you are a strategic and results-driven sales leader with experience in building, scaling, and optimizing outbound sales teams within Cloud SaaS industries
- As CAST AI continues its rapid growth, we are looking for a dynamic leader to develop and mentor a high-performing BDR team that will identify, engage, and qualify potential opportunities to fuel our sales pipeline
- Leading and coaching a team of BDRs to drive pipeline growth
- Developing and optimizing outbound sales strategies
- Implementing and refining qualification frameworks to ensure high-quality leads
- Monitoring performance metrics and continuously improving outreach efficiency
- Collaborating with sales and marketing to enhance lead generation

Managing cloud deployments effectively to control costs has become a priority for organizations of all sizes. CAST AI drives cloud optimization and cost reduction by using AI and machine learning to analyze a company’s cloud environment to identify the resources required for maximum performance.
CAST AI’s platform supports all three major cloud service providers; Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and Amazon Web Services. When cloud providers have unused machines they are typically discounted by 60-70%, however, if AWS (for example) needs that machine back, they give little warning before reclaiming it. CAST AI is able to automatically detect this, and immediately replace it, meaning companies using its platform will never experience an outage of discounted machines.
As more enterprises embrace cloud technologies, CAST AI is a strong choice of provider as it provides customers with a unified, automated platform, making Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) more efficient and budget-friendly.
