Who you are
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer with a strong focus on AI and ML
- Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks, languages, and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design and implement complex AI solutions
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Self-starter mindset with a passion for staying updated on AI advancements
- Experience with evaluating vendor solutions and making build vs. buy decisions
What the job involves
- Reporting Into: VP, AI Operations
- In this role, you will play a critical part in building AI-powered solutions that will streamline our operations, drive efficiency, and contribute to our ongoing success
- AI-Powered Solution Development: Lead the design and development of AI-powered solutions that address our operational needs. Utilize your expertise in AI and ML technologies to create innovative solutions that drive productivity improvements
- Build vs. Buy Evaluation: Continuously assess the feasibility of building in-house AI solutions versus adopting vendor solutions. Make informed recommendations based on cost-effectiveness, scalability, and performance
- Thought Leadership: Be a thought leader within the company on AI technologies and techniques. Stay updated on the latest advancements in the field and champion the adoption of AI/ML best practices
- R&D and Innovation: Engage in research and development activities to explore new AI technologies and their potential applications to our operations. Pilot new ideas and technologies to drive innovation
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to understand their operational needs and challenges. Translate these requirements into AI/ML projects that deliver tangible value
- Vendor Solution Integration: Evaluate and integrate third-party vendor solutions that align with our operational goals. Ensure seamless integration and optimization of these solutions
- Code Quality and Review: Write maintainable, high-quality code and actively participate in code review sessions. Uphold engineering standards and mentor peers in best practices
- Technology Exploration: Recommend and explore new technologies and techniques to enhance engineer productivity and the overall effectiveness of AI operations

Writing code to create digital content often comes with complications and expense. Ceros was created to eliminate these issues, by providing customers with a no-code design platform.
It allows marketing and design teams to create animated content on a collaborative canvas, without having to rely on developers. As such, the Ceros platform has proved a hit with enterprise customers including United Airlines, Condé Nast, J.P. Morgan Chase, Fitbit, Bloomberg, and Mashable.
Competition in the MarTech market may be fierce, with rivals including Ion and Uberflip, but Ceros sets itself apart as a platform that allows customers to produce this kind of content at scale and with fast turnaround times. Its introduction of "Gemma", a creative AI sidekick, bolsters the value of its offering by freeing up users to focus on their own creative vision.
