Sales Operations Associate, 1stDibs

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years experience in an operational or analytical role such as Revenue Operations, Communications, or Merchandising/Merchandise Planning
• Strong written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with ease and to prioritize effectively
• Ability to work well in a self-directed, fast-paced environment
• Strong project management and documentation skills
• Impeccable organizational skills, attention to detail and timeliness
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Docs

• In this role, you will provide support to our sales operations team with executing and measuring the efficacy of sales strategies
• This individual will support sales operations processes and initiatives company wide for our Trade, Private Client, and Supply sales teams
• The role partners with cross-functional teams to have sellers and designers successfully join the marketplace
• This involves managing communication processes using Salesforce Sales Engagement
