What the job involves
- This is a chance to join Techspert’s high performing sales team at an exciting time. The Sales Rep is responsible for collaborating with the wider sales team, marketing, and other revenue-generating functions to meet "top of funnel" targets
- The Sales Rep role can and should be viewed as an opportunity to join Techspert's team and a springboard to progress into more senior roles within those teams
- The Sales Development Rep will be responsible for booking meetings for the head of sales in accordance with targets outlined in their commission plan: This will involve:
- Identify New Business Opportunities with companies who are an ideal profile for our expert network solution
- Effectively communicate the challenges our personas face and Techspert’s value proposition in a well-organised and thoughtful manner
- Generate qualified opportunities each month through a multi-channel approach that includes phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Work closely with our marketing team to nurture and convert leads and provide feedback on campaigns to optimise our lead generation process
- Thoroughly qualify leads through strategic questioning and active listening, allowing you to uncover their potential pain points and gaps in their current workflow
- Take ownership of your prospecting pipeline and ensure strong CRM hygiene by keeping records up to date

Techspert's technology platform automates the mapping and categorisation of knowledge and experts, while connecting them to consulting firms, private equity houses and corporates. The platform has expertise across 100 million experts worldwide.
The company will use the proceeds from a $12M raise in 2021 to expanding into new areas of expertise, such as consumer goods, technology, media, and telecommunications.
