What the job involves
- As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at CrewAI, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth — identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers who can benefit from CrewAI’s platform.
- You’ll partner closely with our Account Executives, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Marketing teams to generate pipeline, craft outreach strategies, and help define what great outbound motion looks like at CrewAI
- This is an opportunity to join one of the most exciting AI infrastructure companies at an early stage, help shape our sales culture, and grow into future roles in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success
- Prospect, research, and engage with developer, data, and IT leaders across key industries
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Run creative multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, calls, social, events)
- Understand CrewAI’s platform, customer use cases, and value drivers to position effectively
- Partner with Marketing on event follow-up, campaigns, and lead conversion
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and track key metrics
