Who you are
- You have a proven track record as a seasoned Customer Success Manager, Pre-Sales or Professional Services Manager, working closely with customers and internal teams
- You have experience dealing with technical SaaS products and managing a high-value customer portfolio
- You have strong relationship skills, a data-oriented mindset and technical appetency
- You are autonomous and willing to evolve in a fast-paced environment
- You speak fluent English and French
- Ability to speak Spanish on a professional level is a strong plus
What the job involves
- As a Senior Customer Success Manager (F/M/X) at Yousign, your role will be to maximize the satisfaction of your customers portfolio by supporting their product adoption
- You will partner with the Product team (to act as the internal voice for your customers) and with the Account Management team (to maximize the revenue generated on your portfolio), and work hand in hand with the Support team. Ultimately, you will be reporting on the health of your portfolio
- Relentlessly drive customers until the end of their onboarding: optimize their time to value, ensure a smooth onboarding process and provide product trainings
- Act as Delivery Manager for customers awaiting for new features
- Maintain regular check-ins to understand customer needs & build strong relationships
- Track customer usage, satisfaction and health metrics, identify at-risk customers and take proactive actions. Use data to inform your decisions
- Gather and dig into clients product and usage feedbacks: act as the first product / technical spokesperson on usage and needs of your customers, partner with the product team for roadmapping exercises, and act as the internal Voice of your Customer (VoC), mobilizing the internal resources you need
- Develop strategies to reduce churn and increase loyalty, partner with Account Managers to ensure retention
- Identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs, partner with Account Managers to optimize closing
- We communicate both synchronously and asynchronously with tools that make this distance more pleasant: Slack, Notion, Discord, Google Workplace, etc

The global electronic signature market is projected to grow to over $35 billion by 2029. Well-known Adobe Sign and DocuSign have been in the game for a while, though YouSign has stepped onto the scene hoping to become the eSignature platform predominantly used by the European market.
The company has two signature products, a web app that is ready to use from anywhere and an API, which can be easily integrated into business softwares. The signatures are eIDAS-compliant and legally binding so clients can focus more on their productivity and teamwork and worry less about paperwork.
The company targets new customers rather than attempting to convert from competitors - SMBs are its target market, hoping to show newer businesses the need for and ease of electronic signatures. Acquiring $ 36.6 million in 2021 in a round of funding meant the company could scale its team and market share. In early 2022 YouSign bought Canyon, a documentation and workflow automation specialist. This means that YouSign is now propelling into a new dimension.
