Role
Who you are
- 4+ years of sales experience in performance advertising (preferably linear or CTV), plus 6+ years of direct B2B sales-oriented experience driving new business
- Fundamental knowledge of growth marketing metrics (CPA, ROAS, etc)
- High motor to keep pace with fast moving clients to quickly grow the business
- Demonstrated past success achieving growth objectives
- Strong sense of ownership, self-motivated, driven and able to work independently as well as fostering a collaborative environment
- Experience with CRM software is a plus (we use Hubspot)
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Management, Math, and Statistics
What the job involves
- We are looking for a driven “hunter” Client Development Manager to join our sales team and collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive growth of Enterprise brands ($50M+ in annual ad spend); these brands are either exploring TV advertising for the first time or looking to enhance their existing TV campaigns.
- In this role, you’ll be part of a small, agile team, shaping a critical component of the business with significant opportunities for growth
- You’ll manage the entire sales cycle, from pipeline generation to closing deals, and play a key role in expanding our presence in the Enterprise space
- Focus on the growth of Tatari’s Enterprise pipeline, including driving leads and meeting sales quotas
- Understand the mindset of performance/growth marketers in the Enterprise space in order to deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to prospects
- Use your industry knowledge to identify how Tatari’s proprietary measurement can enhance the business goals of Enterprise brands
- Negotiate terms with Enterprise decision-makers and executives
- Work closely with the Client Services and Media Buying teams to strategically support Enterprise account growth–helping them transition or expand into TV advertising
- Assess team processes, identify improvements, and implement changes
- Communicate effectively with the internal leadership team on pipeline, customer needs, and opportunities

Television advertising has changed dramatically since it first began, with advertisement campaigns growing in scale, having increasingly large budgets, and migrating to modern alternatives such as CTV. Despite these increased demands, television advertising remains antiquated relative to the modern data-driven campaigns of mobile platform ads, presenting opportunities for innovations within the industry.
Tatari provides a TV and CTV advertisement data and analytics platform, helping clients to future-proof their advertisement campaigns through real-time data-driven approaches. The company achieves this by providing a dashboard for analyzing the success of campaigns, facilitating data-driven media buying, and managing on-demand CTV campaign changes, ultimately aiming to digitize the TV advertisement process.
Whilst it is undeniable that Tatari faces competition from providers of TV advertisement analytic platforms, media buying platforms, and other data-driven solutions, it has been smart to unify such tools into an all-in-one digital TV advertisement management dashboard. The company shows great potential to help clients future-proof the way they run TV ads, and has been busy expanding its product suite and licensing portfolio through 2022 and 2023.
