- 7+ years of experience in project/program management
- Experience in management consulting, compliance, and change management
- Proficiency with project tools (Jira, Wrike, Asana, Confluence) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Lean, Waterfall)
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
