What the job involves

Writing email content that connects with families and nannies
Planning campaigns including designing segmentation, personalisation and content
Building and executing campaigns in customer.io our email platform
Identifying opportunities to retain and engage more users via email
Designing mobile-friendly emails that follow best practices
Working with the marketing team to gather content, feedback, and approvals
Monitoring campaign performance and analyzing key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions)
