Role
Who you are
- You're AI obsessed. Constantly looking to try new innovations, automations and experiments.
- You get frustrated at people's skepticism or lack of AI adoption.
- You've got a proven track record designing and embedding an AI-enabled revenue operating system, not just maintaining tooling or processes. Replacing manual commercial work with scalable workflows.
- You hold deep hands-on experience owning HubSpot as the delivery platform for commercial outcomes, not just reporting or admin.
- You've got strong experience building reliable automations: workflows, routing, SLAs, task queues, renewal triggers and alerts
- You hold a proven ability to design and enforce CRM governance: lifecycle stages, pipelines, required fields, permissions and data standards
- You're an expert in understanding revenue mechanics across Sales, Customer Success and Fundraising, including pipeline health, forecasting, renewals and expansion
- You lead with a strong data hygiene mindset, with experience preventing poor data quality through system design rather than manual fixes
Desirable
- Experience integrating conversation intelligence tools (e.g. Jiminny) into CRM workflows
- Working knowledge of Zapier, Make or similar automation tools
- Experience using BI tools beyond HubSpot (e.g. Metabase, Looker Studio, Power BI)
- Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks or lightweight scripting (e.g. Python), or equivalent no-code solutions
What the job involves
- You'll be the architect behind Zero Gravity's AI-first revenue operating model.
- You'll automate away the low-value work, centralising and standardising automation logic to avoid fragmentation and operational debt as the business scales
- You'll utilise AI to unearth insights, spot trends and create opportunities for efficient growth
- You'll work with the Exec team to embed an AI-first culture as we aim to scale our outcomes, not our headcount.
- Your work will establish and improve operational efficiency baselines, whilst increasing capacity without adding headcount as we scale our mission.
- You'll utilise HubSpot as a scalable, governed system, with clear lifecycle stages, pipelines, permissions and data standards
- You'll be responsible for creating a single, trusted performance layer that makes pipeline health, forecast accuracy, renewals and expansion measurable and predictable
- You'll use insights and data to turn commercial strategy into system-level levers that drive behaviour change, not just reporting outputs
