Who you are
- 5–8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy & Operations, Sales Operations,
- FP&A, or SaaS GTM roles, with prior experience in Strategy Consulting and/or Investment Banking strongly preferred
- Strong experience in sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting
- Experience supporting territory design, capacity planning, and compensation modeling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with Salesforce, Excel, and BI tools
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and partner cross-functionally
What the job involves
- ROLLER is seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused Manager, Revenue Strategy & Operations to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) team
- This role supports ROLLER’s growth by translating GTM strategy into operational plans, disciplined execution, and actionable insights
- You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success leaders to support forecasting, planning, and GTM initiatives
- Acting as a key partner to Finance and Sales leadership, you will help ensure alignment between revenue targets, capacity, and performance tracking
- Support execution of ROLLER’s GTM strategy across segments, regions, and channels
- Own day-to-day sales forecasting operations, including pipeline hygiene and variance analysis
- Partner with Finance on revenue planning, budgeting, and forecast alignment
- Support territory design, coverage analysis, and capacity planning
- Assist with sales compensation and incentive plan modeling and administration
- Drive execution of cross-functional GTM initiatives such as outbound scaling and integrated campaigns
- Build dashboards, reports, and KPIs for GTM performance
- Support Salesforce enhancements and GTM process improvements
