Who you are
- 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or a related field
- Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment processes, preferably in an international environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

What the job involves
- We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Opera’s Global Talent Acquisition Team and support hiring across multiple international locations
- In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and candidates to deliver a seamless recruitment experience while helping attract top talent to Opera
- Working within a collaborative and globally distributed team, you will contribute to end-to-end recruitment processes, talent sourcing initiatives, and continuous improvement of hiring practices
- This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career recruiter to gain exposure to international hiring and develop expertise in talent acquisition within a fast-paced technology company
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes for international hiring projects across technical and non-technical functions
- Source and engage candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent communities
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external recruitment partners
- Contribute to recruitment process improvements, talent pipeline development, and employer branding initiatives
