• 7+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years leading integrated campaigns and teams
• Proven success in B2B marketing for technology products, ideally within gaming, ad tech, or SaaS
• Strong understanding of developer and advertiser audience dynamics and messaging
• Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and measure complex, multi-channel campaigns
• Skilled in data-driven marketing with experience using analytics and dashboards for insights
• Exceptional communicator with strong project management and stakeholder-alignment skills

• Unity is looking for a Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing (6-Month Contract) to lead cross-channel marketing efforts across our Games Engine and Ads Network businesses.
• Covering leave, you’ll make an immediate impact by driving integrated strategies that engage both developer and advertiser audiences. This is a hands-on leadership role for a marketer who can balance strategy, execution, and team mentorship to maintain strong momentum and achieve high results
• Lead and mentor a team of three marketing professionals, ensuring continuity and performance across active campaigns
• Partner with product marketing and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into integrated, audience-focused campaigns
• Design and execute multi-channel marketing programs across web, email, social, events, and paid channels to maximize reach and engagement
• Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize spending for ROI across multiple product lines
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to drive continuous improvement and business impact
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and seamless communication throughout the contract period
