• 10+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products across web and mobile, with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-impact growth work and measurable business outcomes
• Deep expertise in growth-focused design, including subscription journeys, monetization models, and end-to-end conversion funnels—paired with a strong instinct for how value is perceived and communicated
• Proven success leading 0→1 initiatives and evolving mature products, balancing long-term narrative vision with iterative delivery in fast-moving environments
• Strong visual and interaction design skills, delivering production-quality experiences that are both high-performing and emotionally intuitive
• Strategic systems thinker who designs for scale—integrating individual business needs into cohesive, reusable patterns without losing the human story behind the experience
• Experience aligning cross-functional teams around a shared growth narrative, connecting design decisions to measurable business impact and customer trust
