Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital advertising, e-commerce, and the unique needs of both retailers and brands in a B2B marketplace

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on advertising products. Prior experience in marketplace advertising, e-commerce, or B2B is a plus
- Technical Proficiency: Understanding of digital advertising platforms, ad-tech, and analytics tools. Experience with A/B testing and other product experimentation methodologies
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights to inform product decisions and optimize performance
- Customer-Focused: A passion for understanding user needs and building solutions that delight customers. Experience using customer feedback to inform product development
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
What the job involves
- As the Ads product manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end scope of advertising products on Faire’s platform - from ad unit display to ranking and targeting to campaign management tooling
- You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and data to define product strategies and deliver high-quality solutions that drive value for our retailer and brand customers
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the vision and roadmap for Faire's advertising products, aligning with company goals and customer needs. Prioritize initiatives to deliver maximum impact and growth
- Customer-Centric Design: Collaborate with research to collect insights from users (both brands and retailers), stakeholders, and market research to ensure advertising products meet the needs of our diverse customer base
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and sales teams to bring advertising products from concept to launch, ensuring smooth execution and alignment across teams
- Product Development & Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation, feature definition, and prioritization, to development, testing, launch, and iteration
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders related to advertising products. Effectively communicate product status, updates, and results to leadership and other teams
