Enterprise Customer Success Manager, Optimal Dynamics

• We are seeking a seasoned operations-focused professional with deep expertise in the transportation and logistics industry to join our Customer Success team supporting the entire customer lifecycle, from new customer onboarding to ongoing customer usage and experience
• Our Sr. Customer Success Manager plays a critical role in supporting new customer deployments of our SaaS platform, serving as a trusted partner building relationships and championing change across client operations teams as they integrate our platform into their day-to-day workflows and continuously derive value from our solution
• This role sits at the intersection of operations, change management, and client relations
• Working closely with a team of project managers and technical integration engineers, you’ll partner directly with customer stakeholders to drive adoption, operational alignment, and sustained organizational change
• You will collaborate both remotely and get out on the road up to 50% of the time
• Serve as the operational liaison between the customer and the internal deployment and technical teams throughout new client implementations
• Translate the voice of the customer across operational processes, turning challenges into wins
• Drive change management efforts within client organizations to encourage new ways of thinking and working
• Build trusted relationships with customer operations leaders and frontline teams. You’ll both present strategic insights remotely and travel to customer locations to support training, adoption, and executive alignment
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process adjustments to maximize solution impact and expand on structured workflows aligned with our SaaS platform
• Partner closely with technical project managers and integration teams to ensure data and system alignment
• Analyze operational data in Excel to support deployment decisions, track performance, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Understanding of TMS, telematics platforms, transportation analytics systems, or optimization tools
