Manage a local team, made up of 5-7 members physically in the same location. Across multiple domains and product streams
Recruits, manages, mentors, and develops a best-of-class engineering team
Collaborates with tech lead or expert/head of practice feedback to develop their people
Collaborates with teams across the UK and France and share ideas and experiences to the wider team to achieve team (and therefore business) goals
Enforce guidance to our development teams regarding designs and best practices as it relates to application security
