Role
Who you are
- Part-qualified, recently qualified, or qualified by experience in accounting or finance (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent)
- Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
- Strong analytical capabilities with high attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with business intelligence and planning tools (e.g. Power BI, TM1, Adaptive Insights) is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to tailor messaging for different audiences
- Ability to present complex information in a clear, engaging way
- Collaborative approach with a can-do attitude and a focus on continuous improvement
- Prior exposure to Facilities Management or related industries is a plus but not essential

- Join Cloud’s Finance team as an FP&A Analyst—drive data-led insight, support smart decisions, and help shape a sustainable future through strategic financial planning and performance analysis
- As part of our corporate Finance team, this Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst role is critical in delivering strategic financial insight and supporting data-driven decision-making
- You’ll partner across the business to analyse performance, forecast results, and provide clear, actionable recommendations which will guide Cloud towards sustainable growth and success
- Deliver accurate and insightful financial analysis for management and stakeholder reporting
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles for the business or assigned business units
- Monitor financial and operational performance against targets, identifying key variances and drivers
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop actionable commentary and recommendations based on financial data
- Support ad hoc projects and scenario modelling to enable informed decision-making
- Design, improve, and automate reporting tools and dashboards
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and controls
- Ensure all financial planning activities are in line with Cloud’s values of transparency and sustainability
