Role
Who you are
- You have 1-3 years experience in a B2B Customer Success or a customer-facing role (account management, customer support, etc.)
- A Self-starter: A proactive and driven individual not afraid to create and manage their own workload
- You have a strong ability to multi-task, prioritise, and meet timelines on deliverables
- You’re detail-oriented with excellent organisation and time management skills (you'll need the capacity to plan, prioritise and deliver several projects at once)
- You’re highly collaborative team player who builds meaningful business relationships with key teams and stakeholders, both internally and externally
- You’re articulate; with the ability to distil complex ideas or context-based concepts into easily understood terms for any client (can adapt communication style and approach to match the needs of different clients and internal stakeholders)
- You are able to commute to our Old Street office at least 3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday)

What the job involves
- We want to eliminate pain for tens of millions of people, and our Customer Success team is crucial in making that a reality
- You’ll be the bridge between our innovative VIDA platform and the customers that depend on it
- Your daily tasks revolve around ensuring our clients get the most out of VIDA. By handling their feedback, addressing their concerns, and collaborating closely with our teams, you ensure we're always delivering our best
- You're not just a point of contact; you're a trusted advisor, helping our clients navigate our offerings and amplifying their voice within our company
- Have ownership of a portfolio of SME and Mid-Market customers. Proactively looking for expansion opportunities, training customers, nurturing, seeking feedback and organising customer pipeline
- Have ownership of our customer support. Ensuring any issues are responded to, working closely with the technical team to get to the root of the issue
- Proactively seek customer feedback. Including monitoring our in-app feedback and reaching out to customers to ensure they’re getting the full value of VIDA and we’re learning how best VIDA can support them
- Work closely with product, clinical and marketing teams to give insights into our customers. You’ll not only be the voice of the customer within Vitrue, but the voice of the product to the customer too
- Test new app functionality and feed back to the Product team
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure a smooth handover process
- Report directly to the Head of Customer Success to ensure our Customer Sucess is world-class
