Senior Partner Operations Manager, SWORD Health

• The right candidate brings the operational rigor to run complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships end to end, and the judgment to know when to resolve something directly and when to escalate it
• Experience owning complex operational workflows for external partners or clients: billing, integrations, data or file feeds, or similar systems-level work

• Sword Health is seeking a Partner Operations Manager to own the operational backbone of a portfolio of partner relationships
• This is an individual-contributor role with direct accountability for how partnerships actually run day to day: configuration, billing, integrations, implementations, escalations, and account business reviews

• Own the operational execution for an assigned partner portfolio: configuration, file feeds, billing, integrations, and reporting
• Lead implementations and ongoing operational work for new and existing partners, coordinating internally to keep commitments on track
• Run partner-level escalations to resolution, looping in Partner Sales, Product, Client and Data Operations, or Customer Success as needed
• Own account/partner business review prep and delivery for your portfolio
• Serve as the day-to-day operational point of contact for partner and partner-customer stakeholders
• Partner closely with Partner Sales, Client and Data Operations, Product, and Customer Success to keep partnerships running smoothly and flag risk early
