Who you are
- 12+ years of relevant experience with at least 10 in a management role
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in leading product development teams or product management in the AI software industry
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data-driven technologies
- Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and managing AI-based products in industrial sectors
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a strategic mindset
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills

- Master's or MBA degree in a relevant field

What the job involves
- As the Vice President of Product Platform, you will be responsible for leading the strategic development, enhancement, and management of our AI-powered product offerings
- Your expertise will drive innovation, scalability, and overall success of our product platform, ensuring it remains at the forefront of the industry
- Spearhead the development and execution of the product platform strategy, aligning it with the company's overall business objectives and market trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, data scientists, and sales, to ensure seamless product integration and feature enhancements
- Identify market opportunities and potential areas for product expansion, conducting thorough market research and competitor analysis
- Drive the product roadmap, prioritizing key features, and making data-driven decisions to optimize the platform's performance
- Lead the design and development of AI-based solutions that cater to the specific needs of our customers
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts, to gather feedback and understand evolving requirements
- Oversee the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance
- Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs, implementing improvements and addressing issues as needed
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and positioning for the product platform
- Stay abreast of industry advancements and emerging technologies, incorporating relevant innovations into the product roadmap
