Business Development Representative, xUnlocked

• We need a motivated, ambitious individual who can effectively communicate with potential clients, understand their needs, and recognise when they are suitable for sales opportunities
• At least 8 months in an outbound SDR/BDR role
• Cold-calling experience, ideally for a B2B SaaS company
• Track record of generating meetings with B2B decision makers
• Native-level communication in English (written and spoken)
• Experience using CRM platforms

• Engaging with inbound leads from marketing campaigns or events to understand pain points and qualify into the new business pipeline
• Understanding the needs of our target prospects and articulating the value that xUnlocked provides
• Working closely with marketing and sales teams to support ABM activities
• Maintaining accurate information on prospects and activities in the CRM
• Meeting and exceeding both individual and team goals
