Experiential Delivery Coordinator, native

• Interested in experiential marketing, events, brand activations, or campaign operations.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured manner.
• Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal.
• A calm, practical mindset when handling challenges under pressure.
• A willingness to learn, take direction, and get involved across all aspects of delivery
• A collaborative attitude, comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams
• Competence with basic planning tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project trackers); full training provided

Desirable

• Support the operational delivery of experiential campaigns including events, pop-ups, fairs, and activations
• Assist the team with preparation of schedules, briefs, delivery checklists, and post-event documentation
• Coordinate logistics such as equipment, staffing details, asset dispatch, hotels and supplier bookings
• Maintain accurate trackers and ensure key information is kept up to date
• Communicate with Students’ Unions, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Manage and liaise with Event Managers and Brand Ambassadors on the ground
• Help troubleshoot issues during live campaigns and support with on-site activity when required
• Gather feedback, photos, and performance notes for reporting and continuous improvement
• Contribute to maintaining operational standards and refining delivery processes
