Assistant Project Manager, Zenobē

• As part of the continuous scale up of our business, we are looking for a driven and diligent Assistant Project Manager to support the growth of the EV charging infrastructure division
• The candidate will be working as part of a core project delivery team and reporting into the Head of Delivery
• The candidate will be supporting roll-out of electrification of various fleet use cases
• It will be required to hit the ground running and be comfortable operating at a rapid pace, working across various teams within the business to support the successful delivery of projects
• Support and own project control requirements, working alongside the Technical Sales and Business Development teams to ensure the project schedule, budget, risk and changes are being appropriately managed and reported
• Schedule regular meetings, record minutes and track key decisions / actions (i.e. assigned tasks and next steps)
• Support the Delivery team in the assignment of project team actions, setting projected timelines, goals, and ensuring a successful project execution
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget and to the agreed design
• Assisting with management of construction activities, helping to solve problems as they arise and ensure our contracting partners are delivering in accordance with the contracted requirements
• Implement and ensure quality assurance and control throughout the construction phase to deliver a high-quality solution with meets company and industry standards
• Coordinate and support the completion of internal and external stakeholder actions in accordance with the allocated timeframes
• Support risk analysis / reviews and manage project risk registers
• Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders such as memorandums, and presentations
• Support procurement activities by coordinating purchase orders, receipt of goods and services, collaborating with internal teams and supporting the Delivery team in ensuring payment of invoices
• Monitor project progress and support the creation of weekly and monthly project reports
• Measure and report on project performance
• Support coordination of contractors and suppliers to ensure deliverables are achieved to the proposed cost, quality and project schedule requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve best practices within the Delivery team
• Support and manage document control across the project
