Role
Who you are
- 7+ years of experience in top creative agencies or branding / design studios
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding projects, integrated campaigns, and high-level graphic design execution
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
- Some experience in organising and leading—even small—teams
- Strong conceptual thinking, strategic mindset, and typographic sensitivity
- Proven experience in creating brand books, logos, visual tone, naming systems, etc
- Excellent visual communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented, with a refined aesthetic sense and the ability to deliver under pressure.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
Desirable
- Experience in digital product design (UI/UX)
- Knowledge of motion graphics or art direction for video
- Experience working with international brands or in multicultural environments
What the job involves
- We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join Holded's design and creative team with strong creative agency / design studio experience and a strategic-creative focus on visual identity.
- This person will be key in the conceptualisation and development of the brand's graphics in all its channels, as well as in the development of campaigns
- Lead the visual development of creative campaigns, from concept to execution and oversee all campaign adaptations and work closely with the performance, brand, and our digital and social media strategist teams
- Design and oversee graphic identity systems that are consistent, versatile and aligned with brand strategy
- Experience in UI design and brand adaptation to digital environments
- Supervise workflow of the team and mentor more junior members of the creative/design team
- Keep up to date with trends in design, technology and visual culture to bring a fresh and relevant perspective

Holded is gunning to become one of the biggest players in the ERP space. In a nutshell, its software product gives small businesses access to ERP-style planning across invoicing, accounting, sales, project management, inventory management, and HR, in one dashboard. By targeting smaller businesses as their primary consumer base, Holded is banking on a potential market that's been left behind by traditional ERP platforms, which have only really been available to large enterprises.
Following major funding in 2021, Holded's focus turned to expanding its product and team. In the long run, its acquisition by Visma will allow it to benefit from Visma's international experience, which will be a huge boost to both product development and future opportunities for international expansion.
