What the job involves
- We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Creator Acquisition & Success Intern to support both our Creator Acquisitions (AE) and Creator Success (CSM) teams
- You’ll play a key role in activating existing lead lists, crafting outreach, and helping build the internal tools and resources that empower creators to succeed on Passes
- This is a full-time, hands-on internship where you’ll gain exposure to both top-of-funnel outreach and post-onboarding success strategy
- You’ll be embedded in the teams that bring creators onto the platform and ensure they’re set up for long-term growth
- Use existing lead lists to engage creators via DMs and other platform-native touchpoints
- Send personalized, strategic outreach messages that drive attention and responses
- Support AEs in securing qualified meetings through consistent outbound work
- Track outreach progress and performance using internal tools
- Assist AEs in building or refining sales materials, including pitch decks and creator case studies
- Support CSMs by helping improve onboarding guides, internal FAQs, and training documentation
- Contribute to team-wide efforts to build scalable processes and templates
- Join cross-functional meetings and help support special projects across both teams
- How to balance structure and creativity in repetitive outreach
- How to personalize messaging across creator verticals and segments
- How AE and CSM workflows intersect to drive platform growth
- How internal playbooks, templates, and support tools are created and evolved
- How to work cross-functionally and contribute to real, portfolio-worthy projects
- Duration: 10–12 weeks, with flexible start and end dates
- Reports to: Team Lead, supporting both AE and CSM teams
Our take
Traditionally, most media was created and controlled by a few central organizations. Then, the internet came along and platforms like YouTube and Facebook democratized content creation while controlling distribution. Now, with the advent of blockchain technologies, Passes is attempting to decentralize power to the creators themselves.
The company delivers a platform for creators to scale their content and own their audiences. For example, a creator could monetize exclusive content such as special merch or even private phone calls. In theory, this should be a dream for creators, but Web 3.0 platforms such as Passes have found that in practice it can be difficult to onboard users.
With that said, Passes claims it is growing and profitable, with payments to creators in the nine figure range. It is also well-funded and acquired rival monetization platform Fanhouse. It should be noted that the company was sued in 2024 over alleged anti-competitive practices, and more recently faces a class-action lawsuit accusing it of distributing child pornography - though Passes strongly refutes these claims.
