Who you are

3+ years of experience building backend-based systems
Solid experience with Kotlin, Java, Typescript, and CSS. Design and beauty is a crucial part, as we think that efficient tools are the ones that provide a seamless and delightful user experience
You can commit and ship

Desirable

Experience in building products directly with customers and designers is a plus.

What the job involves

Build solutions in a new category for multinational finance teams. From start to finish: plan, build, test, deploy and iterate
Work with design to optimize for a great UX. We got really strong designers behind A+ consumer-grade products like Spotify and Klarna
Establish and follow guidelines, patterns and technical best practices. Play an active role in planning and team meetings
Keep a focus on customer needs while implementing robust and scalable technical solutions. We got Slack channels with them all and you will have direct exposure to what you ship

By harnessing the opportunities in automation, Light is working with users to automate away tedious tasks and in turn, deliver actionable insights where people need them.

Still in early development, the Light team is experienced in building great products for the financial market. Having already secured seed backing from multiple leading international investors, Atomico and Seedcamp among them, Light is ready to develop its team and play a key role in the growing automation market.
