Client Delivery Associate, Maven Clinic

• 1-3 years of experience in client delivery, operations, project management, or a related field
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable interfacing with both internal stakeholders and external clients
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with a sharp attention to detail
• Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive decisions and improvements
• A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit—you’re comfortable with ambiguity and energized by problem-solving
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• We’re looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented, and passionate Client Delivery Associate to join our growing Client Delivery Team, playing a key role in supporting our payer and employer implementations
• As a Client Delivery Senior Associate, you’ll lead high-impact client implementations, ensuring exceptional outcomes and client satisfaction
• You’ll serve as the central point of coordination—managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, and delivering with excellence
• This is a highly visible role, offering the opportunity to work cross-functionally with internal teams and shape the way Maven brings new clients onboard
• This is an 8-week contract beginning at the middle of October 2025
• Manage and Support high-volume client implementations
• Serve as the point of contact for project status updates, open issues, and escalation management
• Support and Execute implementation plans—including documentation, configuration requirements, and quality assurance checks—to support on-time, successful launches
• Create and manage configuration and integration tickets
• Update client facing documentations (i.e client comms, kick-off decks, etc)
• Collaborate across teams (Product, Engineering, Clinical, Sales) to resolve issues and drive seamless client experiences
