Who you are

Experience in an accounting or finance-related role (internships or part-time roles count!)
Very good knowledge of Netsuite Oracle is a must
Very good Excel knowledge, such as data entry, using formulas, and formatting spreadsheets
HGB and IFRS knowledge is a plus
A team player who enjoys collaboration and is open to feedback
Organized with attention to detail and a willingness to learn
Eager to develop skills, improve processes, and take on new responsibilities as you grow
Proficiency in English is required

What the job involves

Are you starting your career in finance? We’re looking for an Accountant to join our team for a temporary position covering maternity leave until July 2026.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to kickstart their career in finance and accounting while gaining practical experience across various tasks
Handling Bills and Payments:
Booking incoming and outgoing bills, ensuring accurate revenue postings
Processing supplier payments and managing expense approvals for employees
Reconciliations and Month-End Closing:
Reconciling bank statements, credit card balances, and employee expense accounts
Supporting month-end closing tasks, including reconciling accounts receivable and accounts payable
Financial Record Management:
Maintaining accurate and organized financial records
Assisting with the preparation of basic financial reports and templates under supervision
