Role
Who you are
- We're looking for a versatile, hands-on Digital Design Manager with a passion for hardware, beautiful design and execution
- 2–5 years of experience in digital design, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong craft across both static and motion work
- Proven ability to execute across a range of deliverables — from polished mockups and graphics to live website implementations
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, engineering, and broader business teams
- Strong organizational and project management skills, and the discipline to keep asset libraries and file systems clean and structured
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action — you figure things out and get things done
- Tools & Software
- Design: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), FIGMA
- Motion & Animation: After Effects, Lottie, or similar
- Web: Working knowledge of HTML/CSS; experience with CMS platforms. Preferred experience in Webflow, Squarespace, WordPress, or similar
- Collaboration: Slack, Teams
- To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
What the job involves
- This isn't a role for someone who hands off files and calls it done — you'll take concepts from concept through to a live, polished build
- You'll work closely with our Senior Designer and collaborate cross-functionally with the broader marketing, engineering, and programs teams to visually tell the story of our products, mission, and thesis

- Design & Creative Execution:
- Design and develop compelling digital mockups in FIGMA and the Adobe Suite that bring concepts to life and help sell our mission, thesis, and products threat beautifully crafted visuals
- Execute work from initial concept through to final, production-ready builds (no passing the baton)
- Create graphics across the full digital ecosystem: websites, landing pages, web banners, product mockups and digital renders, infographics, and social media content
- Develop motion graphics and animations that elevate our brand storytelling across digital touchpoints
- Web & Digital Management:
- Own day-to-day website maintenance, updates, and product launch builds, keeping our digital presence sharp and up-to-date
- Manage the implementation side of design across our website
- Partner with engineering and marketing teams to translate engineering content into external-facing digital content: renders, animations, and graphics
- Brand & Asset Management:
- Maintain our digital creative asset library: design files, campaign assets, photography, and beyond
- Help build and uphold a consistent visual brand language across all platforms and channels

Our take
True Anomaly is a space tech startup composed of former military operators and engineers. The Colorado-based company is focused on building spacecraft and software solutions designed to secure U.S. commercial and military interests in space. It has already developed a fully-integrated platform with seamless satellite, navigation, and data-capture technologies that provide security and training for the quickly evolving space market.
Founded in 2022, True Anomaly has already designed its first spacecraft, the Jackal Autonomous Orbital Vehicle, which can be used to train operators on the ground or as intelligence-gathering tools against adversarial spacecraft. Alongside this, the startup has built a 35,000-square-foot facility in Denver to manufacture the Jackals.
With impressive capital gained in 2023 and 2025, the company validated the Jackal's technical and operational capabilities and made the necessary investments to scale production. And with its most recent capital injection, the company is ready to fund space missions and further scale its operations.
