Role
Who you are
- 4-5 years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, BI Analyst, or Data Engineer with hands-on work building scalable data solutions
- Proven expertise in SQL, including advanced queries, optimization, and data modeling, in a cloud data warehouse environment, preferably Snowflake
- Strong experience with ETL/ELT processes and orchestration tools such as Airflow or similar for DAGs
- Familiarity with data warehouse and data lake architectures, including fact and dimension tables, aggregations, and entity-based models
- Solid experience with visualization and reporting tools: Tableau is required and Redash is a plus
- Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights and communicate them effectively to stakeholders
- Passion for data quality, accuracy, and validation with strong attention to detail
- Experience working cross-functionally to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions
- Excellent analytical skills, curiosity, and the drive to champion a data-driven culture
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in dual-wielding battle axes
Desirable
- Hands-on experience developing data pipelines in Rivery
- Experience with predictive analytics methods
- Experience with Redash

What the job involves
- We’re looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our data team and help shape and scale our analytics ecosystem. You’ll sit at the intersection of data engineering and business intelligence, modeling and integrating data from multiple sources into our data lake so it is accessible, reliable, and ready for advanced analysis
- You’ll turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights, showcased in aesthetic, user-friendly Tableau dashboards and other reporting services that empower teams to make impactful decisions
- Integrate and model data from multiple sources in the company’s data lake to enable advanced analysis and accurate reporting
- Develop scalable and robust data solutions, including DAGs, documentation, and data structures such as dimensions, facts, and aggregations
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and validity across processes and outputs
- Build and maintain reliable, business entity-centered models and data marts that support decision making
- Design and deliver clear, aesthetic, and user-friendly dashboards in Tableau
- Provide actionable, data-driven insights to Tebex stakeholders to drive business growth
- Collaborate closely with teams across Tebex to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions
- Promote and support a data-driven culture, empowering teams to explore and leverage data effectively

As gaming becomes more and more popular, the trend in user-generated content, such as mods, is also on the rise. Overwolf wants to empower the creators of such content with a platform that supports the building of apps and publishing of mods, as well as the monetisation of these creations.
Through the platform, creators can develop apps with a range of capabilities, such as stat-trackers or gameplay capture tools. Then, they can track app downloads, engagement and reviews all from a single place. Mod developers have access to a complete toolset through which they can manage all their mods and add-ons, protect their content from unauthorised duplications and distribute with a wide range of revenue models.
On top of these tools for developers, the site acts as a marketplace for gamers to find the add-ons they want, connecting them to creations that can enhance their gaming experience. It expanded into the US in 2023, following a year in which it generated over $50 million in advertising revenue. In 2024, it acquired tech company NitroPay and doubled its audience to 100 million. Now supporting more than 1500 games, it's on an impressive trajectory and is certainly one to watch.
