Senior React Native Engineer, Nash

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping production mobile applications

• We’re looking for a Senior React Native Engineer to own and evolve Nash’s driver app
• This is not a maintenance-only role — you’ll be shaping the future of a product that lives in the hands of real users in real delivery operations
• You’ll be responsible for the technical roadmap, architecture, performance, UX, and reliability of the driver experience
• As part of the Mobile / Product Engineering team, you’ll collaborate closely with product, backend, and operations teams — but this role also comes with real autonomy and influence
• Take full ownership of the Nash React Native driver app used in live delivery operations
• Architect and build mobile features that are performant, reliable, and delightful under real-world constraints
• Design and iterate on critical mobile flows (jobs, navigation, scanning, status updates, offline resilience)
• Partner with Product on feature definition — influencing what gets built, not just how
• Work with backend engineers on APIs, real-time updates, and overall system design that powers the mobile experience
• Move features from idea → development → production → in-driver hands quickly
• Raise the bar for mobile engineering standards across the company
